PANZ Executive and General Body wish to invite all members to the Annual General Meeting of Pakistan Association of New Zealand. 
The AGM will be held as follows:

Date: 29th October 2017
Time: 2:30 PM to 3:30PM
Venue: Melville Cricket Pavilion
249-259 Gillies Avenue, Mt Eden
and is accessible from St Andrews Road.

1. Any notice of motion to be considered at the AGM must be submitted to the Secretary(This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) no later than 5:00 pm, Saturday 28 October 2017. Such notices must be in writing and signed by a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be financial members.

2. Only financial members shall have the right to vote at the AGM.
3. All existing financial members and those intending to become new financial members of PANZ must fill in the membership application form and pay their annual subscription no later than 5:00 pm, Saturday 28 October 2017 in order to participate in the AGM.
